SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

✔️ Shipping Policy

[Delivery Rates]

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: * FREE SHIPPING on orders over AED 100

    • (Orders under AED 100 will incur a standard delivery fee)

  • Other Emirates: * Flat rate of AED 25

[Delivery Timeline]

  • We offer 1-day shipping to most cities within the UAE.

  • Depending on your city and specific address, delivery may take between 2 to 6 working days.

  • If more than 6 days have passed and you haven't received your order, please contact us at khaltseoul@gmail.com to review your order status.

[Payment & Refunds]

  • Cash on Delivery: If necessary, any issues or adjustments will be handled via email.

  • Card Payments (Visa/Mastercard): Refunds for online payments will be processed through our payment gateway after Khalt Trading confirms the refund eligibility.


✔️ Returns

  • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


✔️ Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Note on Discounted Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

[Late or Missing Refunds]

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at khaltseoul@gmail.com.


✔️ Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at khaltseoul@gmail.com.


✔️ Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


✔️ Others

  • Return Shipping: To return your product, please first contact us at khaltseoul@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Sanctioned Countries: Khalt Trading will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

  • Multiple Shipments: Multiple deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

  • High-Value Returns: If you are shipping an item over AED 500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
